Since we're a little behind on getting events uploaded to the website, we thought we'd share (in the attached file) our 'outline programme' for the summer and autumn, including Monday evening sessions (on the Usk at Brecon Promenade during the summer term), weekend trips, polo fixtures and special events. Steve is looking for volunteer 'guinea pigs' to support a coach training course on the morning of Wed 23 April. Candidates need to be over 18 and have some experience (but more at the 'beginner' than 'expert' end of the spectrum!) - and be available during the day (it is school holiday if that helps!). So, we need to know how many of you intend to come along on 7 April; and if it's not many, we may switch this to a polo training session (and will refund anyone who's already paid). Our 'B' team played today in the second round of of this season's Welsh 4s Division 2 League, held in the pool at Rhondda Sports Centre. We were up against tough competition from Swansea Canoe Club, Swansea University, Aberfan Women and Rhondda Rhinos Women - and a scratch team from Dragon Ravens who were very kind, played nice and even coached us during our game against them!... ...
