Steve unfortunately hasn't had time to load the pool sessions onto the website before travelling tomorrow to Scotland for 2 weeks (canoeing with Scouts) - but he would really appreciate knowing who's intending to come along to either the 'improve and practise' or 'canoe polo' sessions, so... ...please drop Steve an e-mail, text message, WhatsApp etc. to let him know (or if you have any questions). We're intending to run our 'usual' alternate general / polo training sessions on Monday evenings in the pool throughout the autumn and winter - as long as we attract enough participants to cover the pool hire costs. We'd particularly like to attract beginners - both youth and adults - who'd like to learn to paddle or to play polo - but will of course welcome all our existing paddlers as well!... ... You may have noticed that we have recently offered the opportunity for out Monday evening training sessions to make an optional 'donation' when booking in via the website event listings. This is because we want to keep the costs of attending our events as low as possible, but do still need to cover our annual costs (such as insurance) as well as the replacement of equipment - so we'll also now be introducing these on our other events including weekend trips, for which we don't currently charge fees (other than boat hire and direct costs such as launch fees and parking).... ...
