Heat-waves would be so much easier to deal with if we could just spend them on the river! As a registered charity there are certain things the club must do every year, one of which is the annual AGM. This year we changed it up a bit and combined the AGM into a river trip, the annual awards and a club barbecue to finish. 18 paddlers in assorted kayaks and canoes spent a day on the Wye in the stunning sunshine, helped by a nice cooling breeze and some opportune (and deliberate!) swims from time to time. Last call for Sun 12 Jul river trip & Mon 13 Jul training sessionWe still have a couple of places left on Sun 12 Jul 2026 River Trip, AGM & BBQ, if any of you suddenly find yourselves available at short notice! And bookings are still open for Mon 13 Jul 2026 Summer Training.
