Last call for Mon 1 Jun training session (with ‘Paddle Safer’ focus for those who wish)The forecast for Monday doesn't look too promising - but since it looks like we'll all be getting wet anyway (heavy rain!), we'll go ahead with our planned 'Paddle Safer' course for our 'new' paddlers (and anyone else who wants to join in). This starts with a bit of 'theory' (we'll cram into the kit store to stay dry) then covers some practical skills for helping yourself and others 'when things go wrong' (this will involve some swimming!!).... ...
