Apologies for just missing the weekly news digest with this one, but…
…we are due to hold our Annual General Meeting (and annual awards ceremony) in the next couple of months and would like to know:
- Would you be interested in attending a Club Social Evening (e.g. hiring a venue like Brecon Scout HQ and bringing food & drink to share, maybe a quiz or something similar – probably on a Wednesday evening early in the New Year) – at which we’d also cover the AGM formalities, present awards and chat about past and future club activity; or…
- Would you prefer we just dispense with the formalities quickly with a few attendees in a Zoom meeting as we have for the last few years?
