- Please book tickets now (in usual way) if you’d like to join us either for a social paddle (no-one booked yet!) or polo training on Mon 17 Aug 2026 Summer Training – including Social Paddle & Polo Skills.
- 22-23 Aug camping trip is cancelled due to exceptionally low river levels; there may be some polo training on Sun 23rd (if enough players are available), or possibly an ‘easy-ish’ day trip on the sea instead – please drop Steve an e-mail ASAP if you’d be interested in this…
- Details for Welsh 4s Div 2 tournaments 6 & 27 Sep TBC.
- Monday evening Pool sessions start 7 Sep; the first 3 weeks (7, 14, 21 Sep) are likely to be polo training (to give our tournament team time to practise!); the next 3 weeks (28 Sep, 5 & 12 Oct) are likely to be ‘general training’ (including ‘learn to kayak’ for newcomers). Watch this space for more details and bookings in due course. We are looking for new polo players, so if you think you might be interested in coming along to give this a try (think of 5-a-side rugby in boats!!!), please drop Steve an e-mail ASAP for more information.
- Book now (very limited spaces!) for Sun 13 Sep 2026 ‘Easier’ White Water Skills & Safety at Symonds Yat; an opportunity (as long as it rains between now and then!) for some of our ‘newer’ paddlers to learn some of the fundamental skills needed to paddle safely and in-control on white water.
- The scheduled ‘harder white water’ trip to the Tryweryn scheduled for Sun 27 Sep will not now take place due to it clashing with the Div 2 polo tournament; we’ll be looking for other opportunities for this as part of the winter white water programme…
NB the outline programme is available at Summer / Autumn 2026 Outline Programme, pending release of individual event bookings.
