Any training sessions that we do run will be rather different to usual, as long as social distancing requirements remain in place. Numbers in the pool will be limited; we shan’t be able to play ‘close contact’ games (including canoe polo) and we won’t be able to provide ‘hands-on’ coaching. But we should be able to provide personal skills coaching (from a distance), fitness training, non-contact games and essential safety cover.
Whether we are able to re-start will depend on the number of people interested; how much you are willing to pay (and whether we can secure a grant to help us cover costs); and whether other household members could be available to help with handling equipment, emptying boats, etc.
