Further to yesterday’s message…
…we have now discovered (our first ‘teething problem!) that the ‘bank transfer’ payment option only works for membership payments, not for purchasing ‘tickets’. So, for now at least, PayPal is the only online option for booking events. If this doesn’t work for you, please drop us an e-mail and we’ll find a workaround!
We have setup a new online booking / payment system which we will be using for our forthcoming pool sessions (as long as it works!).
If you have already reserved a place at next Monday’s session (i.e. if your name is listed at Mon 4 Sep 2023 Pool Session), please could you confirm your places as soon as possible using the process explained below .
If you haven’t already reserved a place, please drop us an e-mail so we can try to allocate a spare space to you.
Booking arrangements for polo training sessions and for individual pool sessions after 4 Sep will follow in due course...
To confirm places, please use the ‘get tickets’ button at the bottom of the events listing: Mon 4 Sep 2023 Pool Session (General Training). Please note:
- You will be asked to login to your membership account on our website. All our paid-up members should have recently had an e-mail explaining how to do this, but if you’re not sure of your login details (or aren’t yet a paid-up member), please drop us an email…
- If the system says there are no tickets available of the type you want, please drop us an e-mail as we might be able to release more
- You can only pay online, for the time being at least, by PayPal – so if this doesn’t work for you, please contact us for a workaround.
- Please drop us an e-mail if you have any questions or difficulties in using this new process – we do anticipate there may be teething problems!
