Another great day on the river today – our largest group of white water paddlers for many years! 10 intrepid paddlers braved the awesome ‘Builth Rocks’ Grade 3 rapid at the end of a mostly sedate Grade 1-2 trip (with a bit of surfing on route) on the Wye from Newbridge to Builth Wells. And no swims (except one whilst getting out of the boat at the end- you know who you are)!!
Well done Chris, Pete two Phils and Rhiannon, but especially well done Jim, Nairi and Sam who were on their first-ever white water trip with us (and thanks Dave & Steve for leading everyone safely)!
