We’ve once again only had a couple of bookings so far for our kayak training session in Brecon pool on Monday – so there’s plenty space for more of you to come along! The pool is an ideal place to increase your confidence and skills with the ‘wet skills’ of capsizing (and preventing yourself from capsizing!), rescuing (and being rescued!) and learning to roll – as well as developing your general boat handling skills. We’ve had a few people express interest in Sun 11 Oct 2026 Cardiff International White Water – an opportunity (in the morning) for developing white water paddlers to hone their skills before heading onto the rivers over the winter and (in the afternoon) for our more experienced white water paddlers to challenge themselves on the higher flow rate; there are still a few places available, ‘expression of interest’ tickets are open on the website until midnight Sun 4th.
