SUMMARY:Mon 19 Oct 2026 Pool Session (Polo Taster)
DESCRIPTION:This session is targeted at all of our paddlers who haven’t yet tried canoe polo (as well as our existing players!). The focus will be on developing essential polo skills (getting used to polo boats\, paddles and kit!) and playing a ‘friendly’ game (unlike our other polo training sessions so far this year\, which have been focused on tournament preparation). We provide the specialist boats\, paddles\, buoyancy aids and helmets needed to play safely and within the rules! \n\n\n\n‘Get tickets’ ASAP in the usual way (or drop us an e-mail with any questions): NB priority will be given to ‘new’ players (if there are any)… \n\n\n\nLogistic arrangements as for ‘general’ pool sessions (see Mon 28 Sep 2026 Pool Session (General Training)).

SUMMARY:Sun 25 Oct 2026 'Harder' white water trip
DESCRIPTION:The first of this season’s white water river trips is aimed at our experienced white water paddlers (the ‘easier’ trip on 8 Nov will be aimed at those with less or no experience!). ‘Plan A’ is to paddle the Usk from Talybont to Llangynidr – but heavy rain beforehand might alter this! Drop Steve an e-mail (or post in the ‘Harder’ WhatsApp group) ASAP if interested; details TBC later in the week…
