DESCRIPTION:***E-MAIL STEVE TO BOOK PLACES BY SUN 3 AUG*** \n\n\n\nWe’ve had some expressions of interest so far for this trip (Anne\, David\, Jane\, Pete) but could still do with one or two more to make it viable. The intention is a 3-day (bank holiday weekend!) trip on the Wye\, camping on route overnight on Saturday and Sunday – but participants may be able join us for one or two days if they can’t make the whole trip. The ‘purists’ among you will choose to carry all kit in their boats ‘expedition style’ while others may prefer to have their kit transported from site-to-site; likewise some may choose to be fully self-catered while others may prefer to eat at local hostelries! Paddling distances will be 18-24km per day so this is a trip that suits longer boats (touring kayaks\, canoe or SUPs – check with Steve for hire availability)\, unless you want a 3-day workout in a playboat!! Participants will need to pay camping and launch fees as well as their own food costs. We are looking at two route options\, depending on conditions and availability of campsites: \n\n\n\n\neither Glasbury to Hereford\, camping at Whitney and Byecross (near Preston-on-Wye);\n\n\n\nor Hoarwithy to Monmouth\, camping at Ross and Biblins.\n\n\n\n\nNumbers limited\, so  book (or enquire) now if you’re interested!
